Our goal is simple…Provide the best basketball and athletic experience to student-athletes in the Midwest. We operate year-round out of the Sauk Valley Area. We utilize several facilities including but not limited to, Newman Central Catholic High School, Sterling High School, Challand Athletic Center, Prophetstown High School, Rock Falls Middle School, and more…

Josh Binder
Binder has over 15 years of college basketball experience as both a player and coach. Fortunate to make stops at Eureka College, Iowa Wesleyan University, Aurora University, Marian Central Catholic High School, and Kishwaukee College. Accumulating a current 133-68 record as a college assistant and associate head coach, with appearances to the NAIA Division II Sweet 16, and the D3 NCAA Tournament. Including one of the biggest upsets in D3 History.
Binder has coached 5 NCAA/NAIA All-Americans and 13 All-Conference players. He has also spent two years coaching at the high school level. During his playing days Binder was an All-Area, All Conference, and All-State basketball player. He accepted a scholarship to play at St. Ambrose University where he shot 51.5% from the field for his career and in 2006-07 shot 55.3% from the field, which ranks among the top 20 all-time shooting percentages in a season in school history. Binder currently serves as Senior Director of Advancement at Northern Illinois University.

DJ Olalde
Olalde has been with Outwork Elite since the beginning in 2017. As Director, Olalde is involved in all aspects of the program including Coaching, Training, Social Media Marketing, and more. DJ was previously a varsity assistant with Morrison High School, and is currently the head varsity assistant at Dixon High School.
He was also a standout player at Sterling High School and had the opportunity to play college basketball for both University of Dubuque and Missouri Baptist University, respectively. When not coaching, he is a Manager for US Cellular.
