2024 Fall Academy
We focus on fundamentals, proper shooting technique, ball-handling, scoring, defense, plyometrics, footwork, & conditioning. Players will have the opportunity to progress at their pace within each drill, so beginners are welcome. But we do ask that they are prepared to work when they are here.
This is not for kids who just want to goof around or play games.
